Theo’s Notes: “This project consisted of 2 individual homes both with street frontage. The initial plans had identical facades, which we advised was not great for resale, so we worked closely with the client to change up the façades to ensure each home had its own identity, and helped with secondary amendment changes to obtain council approval.”
