Theo’s Notes: The Collingwood project, OMG! After the initial walk through with clients, I highlighted some possible challenges with this project, what an understatement. With crumbling walls, no footings or concrete and a non-existent sub floor, I am so proud of the outcome and the result that the ART tribe achieved for the owners. Enough said.
