Theo’s Notes: I have been working with Trish and Paul for many years now on there various projects and about to begin work on their new project in Balwyn. This particular project had a lot of challenges to say the least, especially with the step down from one basement to the next and the performance based solution that was required to achieve an optimal result. Having a plan, adapting to changes, and to have the ability for client and builder to work as one entity can only be followed by success. The home broke the sale record at the time for the area and of course everyone from the clients, to the agents, to the neighbours, and the whole ART tribe were absolutely over the moon. Enough said.
