The construction of houses, town houses and multi unit developments is all in our normal scope of works, but at The A.R.T. Group we identified at any early stage that a lot of clients prefer to have one person or entity be responsible for their project from start to finish. We will oversee and complete all aspects of your project from basements, lifts, swimming pools, landscaping and even associated road works if required for local shire compliance or for sub division purposes. Our project was finished as one of the most stunning townhouse developments of Doncaster, achieving a record price upon selling. Theo and his team were capable, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Nothing was too hard or too difficult. The most impressive part was the builder’s care and ethos in wanting to satisfy us as “his clients”. Theo always listened and allowed us to have a say in most aspects of the build.
